Through a series of voices, ‘Beyond the Capital’ explores life in Manchester and discusses the rise of regional cities. The film was created as a conversation starter for a panel discussion at MIPIM 2024.
The panel was made up of global regional city representatives, who, through a series of topics explored the dynamics of investing in key regional cities such as Manchester, and discussed the tactics, beyond investing in new buildings or refurbs, required to nurture successful places.
We worked with the NOMA brand team, Influential PR and Marketing Manchester to identify people in Manchester who had interesting opinions and are embedded in the Manchester scene. We then identified a location in NOMA to centralise the narrative and let the conversations begin.
