For the Love of Food
We headed up to the Isle of Skye to meet a carefully chosen set of food producers and take their products onto Michelin star Chef Michael Smith. At his new Loch Bay restaurant overlooking the sea he cooked us up a plate of food that was locally produced and lovingly put together.

The food producers we met were Chris Watts and Nanette Muir from Isle of Skye Sea Salt, David and Ben Oakes from Sconsor Scallops and Brigitte Hagmann from Glendale Salads.
